– Not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful images
– Not use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
– Not upload photos of identifiable individuals without consent


4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your report publicly for 24 hours.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Reports are user-generated. We do not verify their accuracy. Use this information at your own discretion. This service does not replace official safety advice or emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

– Accuracy of reports
– Decisions you make based on this information
– Any damages arising from use of this service
– Actions of other users


7. Prohibited Use

Do not use this service to:

– File false reports
– Target individuals or businesses maliciously
– Engage in any illegal activity


8. Termination

We may remove any content or block access at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany
